Instructions
 

Step 1: Cook the Spaghetti

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add 8 ounces of spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.

Step 2: Prepare the Veggies

  • Chop 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, dice 1 cucumber, and slice 1 bell pepper. Toss them into a large mixing bowl for a colorful crunch!

Step 3: Make the Dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, salt, and pepper to taste. This zesty dressing will bring everything together!
