Ingredients
  

Berries

  • 1 cup Strawberries Sliced into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1 cup Blueberries Fresh and whole.
  • 1 cup Raspberries Fresh and whole.
  • 1 cup Blackberries Fresh and whole.

Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons Honey Natural sweetener.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed.

Garnish

  • 1 tablespoon Mint Leaves Fresh for garnish.
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt For serving.
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds Optional for added crunch.

Instructions
 

  • Collect fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries. Don’t forget a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a drizzle of honey!
  • Gently rinse all your berries under cool water. Pat them dry with a clean towel. Let’s keep them fresh and clean!
  • Take your strawberries and slice them into bite-sized pieces. They’ll mix beautifully with the other berries!
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss together the sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries. Look at those colors!
  • Drizzle a little honey over the mixed berries and squeeze fresh lemon juice on top. This adds a zesty kick!
  • Using a spatula, gently toss the berries to coat them in the honey and lemon juice. Be gentle; we want to keep them whole!
  • Let the salad chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes. This makes it extra refreshing! Serve it up and enjoy!
