Preparation

  • Select medium-sized potatoes like Yukon Gold or Russets. Wash thoroughly to remove dirt.

Cutting

  • Chop the potatoes into even-sized chunks, about 1 to 2 inches.

Soaking

  • Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

Drying

  • Drain and pat the potatoes dry with a clean kitchen towel.

Seasoning

Preheating
